Tinuke Ogunjemilusi
Co-founder & CLO

A native New Yorker, who has passion to help individuals pivot using their gifts/talents. Her entrepreneurial spirit and desire to create generational wealth have led her to create a real estate investment business with her family.
Tinuke is a learning professional with over 25 years in instructional design, project management, and curriculum development. She holds a Master of Education (MA Ed.) from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. Her diverse experience has led her to teach at New York University and other colleges in New York State instructing Website Development, Microsoft Office for Business Professionals, Career Development, Medical Reports, and Medical Transcription – just to name a few.
She enjoys reading and sharing information in various areas, such as career development, entrepreneurship, financial planning, real estate investing, stocks, and crypto-currency.
Donna Guillaume
Co-founder & CMO

Donna is an entrepreneur who is deeply invested in helping others pivot by assisting to transfer both social and intellectual capital to the next generation. She strongly believes that “we as a human community rise when we lift others up.” She is an avid reader and social justice commentator who has found her passion merging her two loves – education and the law – not only as a criminal justice/paralegal professor but also as an author and attorney.
Donna is an avid learner. She studied international criminal justice at Ealing College in England, and international constitutional law and business at the University of Western Cape in Cape Town, South Africa. She is a graduate of John Jay College of Criminal Justice and Howard University School of Law. She is not very adventurous except the year she decided to backpack through parts of Europe with someone she met at a study abroad program.

Donna is the former co-owner of Bashy USA, Howlback, and the co-author of Mr. Wolf v. The Three Pigs. She is currently working on the second book in the series Mr. Wolf v. The State.
Lorna Jones

Lorna has been an attorney for over two decades working in the employment and personnel law arena. She loves reading and going on long walks and plans to do much more traveling in the near future. As a lawyer, she has a passion to help individuals find their voices, pivot and exceed.
Erika Harvey
Co-founder & CRO

Erika is Bajan-born and bred with over 10 years of experience in various fields, including education, emergency and crisis management, training and development, travel and tourism, and property management. She holds an M.P.A in Emergency and Disaster Management and advanced graduate work in Public Safety Administration. Erika can and will talk your ear off when it comes to anything related to disaster vulnerability, crisis management, emergency management. So, be warned!
